REMOTE, BASE + COMMISSION FULL-TIME SALES OPPORTUNITY

GW Inc. is a progressive company in the Content Development, Instructional Design, and Editorial Services space, headquartered in St. Louis, MO with operations in the US and India. We are looking to add a full-time Sales Representative to our team. This position is fully remote, offers base + commission, and a comprehensive benefits package. Some travel will be necessary, percentage to be determined.



GOALS

As a Sales Representative, your main goals are to grow top-line revenue by adding sales from new customers and develop a robust pipeline of opportunities in identified target segments.

You will also be expected to increase revenue on existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell to current customers, and to utilize GW’s diverse service offerings to address customer needs and generate new revenue streams wherever possible.

In addition to sales duties, you will also be working with the leadership and sales teams as we work on exciting marketing initiatives for 2023 and beyond – social media or email marketing experience is a big plus!



IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Self-starter comfortable managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to close
  • Hungry for success: More of a hunter than a farmer
  • Some experience with social media, email, or other marketing efforts
  • Numbers-driven, including the ability to generate targets and adhere to budgets
  • Successful track record of selling services to publishing, media, and/or corporate training customers
  • Comfortable working closely with the operations teams to deliver realistic and ambitious commercial goals
  • Competence and relevant experience in representing the company in roundtables, conferences, and exhibitions
  • Ability to communicate the technology trends and practices prevalent in the EdTech ecosystem
  • Working understanding of the technology landscape and how to leverage it as a part of the sales process
  • Comfortable working across time zones and cultures to deliver successful results
