We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and analytical leader for our Enterprise team. You’ll be responsible for optimizing our B2B pricing strategy based on a value based approach to position, clearly positioning the value of our offering and packaging in the market. You will be closely with our Sales, Finance, Data, Operations and Customer Success team. The role is highly visible and cross-functional, and requires someone who can build relationships across the organization and understand the priorities of the business and reflect those priorities in our pricing and packaging strategy. As a contributor on the Enterprise Marketing team, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission of transforming mental healthcare to improve the health and happiness of the world.

- Lead, develop and implement value based pricing strategies considering business and competitive market dynamics to drive the growth of our business.
- Provide thought-leadership on pricing and establish pricing best practices and methodologies across the company.
- Continuously strive to optimize pricing models to simplify and accelerate sales motion.
- Work with Product marketing to ensure that our Pricing and Packaging advantages are reflected in our offering positioning
- Create and maintain a pricing and deal structure escalation process in agreement with Sales, Finance and Operations leadership
- Define pricing KPIs and measure the effectiveness of pricing changes to enable continuous improvement
- Enable internal teams on the commercial pricing and packaging content and process for efficiency and effectiveness in sales operations
What you’ve accomplished:
- 7+ years of well-rounded pricing strategy experience, ideally with experience in the B2B healthcare technology industry and rapid growth environment
- An ability to listen and learn from customers, members and partners to ensure we deliver solutions to help them make the workplace a source of mental health strength and support.
- Proven experience on establishing metrics to track and tactics to address the effectiveness of pricing strategies.
- An ability to operate and make decision in a fast-paced and potentially ambiguous environment
- Deep business acumen and proven ability to inspire, motivate, connect and influence cross-functional team to achieve pricing strategy goals

Pay & Benefits:
The base salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skills and scope required, relevant licensure and certifications, and unique relevant experience and job-related skills. The base salary range for this role is $104,220-$146,505.
